We have the latest version of kayako core (resolve). Right now we generate a ticket when the customer places an order online. Then as part of the order process, emails with customer email address are made when they design images online and add them to their shopping cart. So for any customer, we may have between two and ten open tickets which we then need to merge to one. Is there a setting to add any additional incoming emails to an open ticket for that existing email? We rooted around and havent found anything yet. This would save us hours or merging everyday. Maybe something with a time limit that appends new emails to same ticket if its within 24 hours of original ticket. Thanks in advance.
