With blackberry 10 coming out soon, this would be the perfect time for users to request features they would like to see for implemented in Kayako BB10 release. One feature I would like to see implemented on the blackberry version of Kayako, is a signature PAD to allow customers to sign of on a ticket - for onsite work only. The digitally signed ticket should then be e-mailed to a set contact for each organization, possibly multiple contacts within an organization. Example: 1) Ticket is created, Tech is Dispatched, work is completed onsite, ticket is filled out, customer signs the ticket using the siganture pad, digitally signed ticket get's emailed to billing & Customer.
