Hello, I'm installing the trial version of Kayako ioncube in Debian 6. But I can not access the setup screen. I have already installed all the issues as installation tutorial downloaded at official site. But when access the address http://_IP_/kayako/setup or only /Kayako browser is still blank. This is a bug? anyone ever experienced this? Thank you!

I had a similar problem when we installed it the first time. The things that got us going was renaming __swift/config/config.php.new to __swift/config/config.php. Not sure if that was the *right* thing to do or not, but it worked for us
