If I use the "Push URL" function and type: www.google.no , the chat window opens a new window with this address: http://mydomain.com/supportsuite/visitor/www.google.no If I type in http://google.no everything works ok. Is it suppose to be this way ? But if I push a url by clicking on "Options" -> "Push URL" and type: http://google.no , the chat window opens a new window with this address: http://mydomain.com/supportsuite/visitor/http%3A%2F%2Fgoogle%2Eno Anyone else experiencing this ? I'm using the version released on May 11th without the SIP addon.
Hi eiden, This is a confirmed bug in the Server-side software. Apparently the correct URL is sent to the server but it is improperly formatted before being sent to the user. A bug tracker task has been opened for this issue. Expect to see the fix for this in the next build.
I don't know what happened to this bug but apparently it still persists in 3.11.01. I've re-opened a task for it: http://bugs.kayako.com/index.php?cmd=view&id=334
