Cannot search within a ticket on Kayako Desktop

    Hi All.

    We are using Kayako Desktop 4.2.0.699 STABLE.

    If I use the Staff CP through a web browser (Chrome/Firefox/IE) I can use CTRL-F to search within the current screen. Some of the tickets we have get quite long (ie: multiple-thousand lines at times) so it is often necessary to search within a ticket.

    In Kayako Desktop I can't find a way to do the same thing. I can go into the Search -> Advanced -> .... and specify the search string and filter by ticket number, but that's a bit of a faff compared to just hitting CTRL-F and popping in the text you're looking for.

    Am I missing something obvious or is there really no way to do this?

    Hi,

    We are experiencing the same issue/problem. Some of our threads are quite long and it could be very convenient to use the standard CTRL-F search.
