closed folder - number of tickets

    Hello,

    does anyone now if there is a specific reason why the closed folder doesn't show the number of tickets in it?

    Irene,

    This is a setting. Admin CP > Tickets > Status > CLosed > Options > Display Ticket Count in Tree

    Hope this helps
