Codec G.729

    Hi,

    Can I use audio codec G.729 (VOIP) on Kayako Desktop?

    Hi there,

    I believe KD should be able to use any codec you have installed. there is an audio management section within the settings where you can pick your codec to use. ( see screen shot )

    But to be sure, I would simply test it.

    G.729 is a PAID codec. Usually, this codec came into voip applications. I think dont exists way to install only this codec on machine for all application use it

    The ones in the screenshot are the ones the app comes with by default. Any others you would need to add to the PC directly, for KD to use it
