create me a dashboard for our CSR team

    We are new to Kayako ( about 3 months now ) and its been a good tool for us - we are a small business in Florida, and we have 6 people in our CSR team - I the owner of the company want to create some type of dashboard for our team, i vision this being on a flat screen TV that is mounted to a wall in our CS Dept - with real time data of that dept.

    Does anyone have this built already - or can you help me build it ?

    Hi,

    There is this dashboard available via forge http://forge.kayako.com/projects/dewak-wallboard but it can only be installed if you are self hosted.

    I am sure you could contact dewark the developer if you needed it customized to meet your requirements.
