Creating a ticket - 400 Bad Request

    I am developing C# API client.
    When creating a ticket with System.Net.WebRequest, I get the error:
    "The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request."

    Where I'm wrong?
    Where can I find which version of Kayako I use?​

    Maybe email "test" is considered not a valid email?
