Custom field 'custom' content doesn't appear at the creation of a ticket by saff

    Hello everybody,

    I've started adjusting Kayako to our company's needs a month ago.
    In order to do that I had to create a few custom fields of type 'custom' to add the necessary external information.

    So, my custom fields are in a group located in 'Staff and end user ticket creation'.
    Although there is no problem when the ticket is created by a user, when i create the ticket as staff my radio buttons and my checkboxes are missing.


    Any ideeas, hints tips & triks?
