Custom fields cannot be added

    Hi guys ,

    I have a really weird issue :
    I am logged in as admin to SupportSuite .
    I am trying to customize new ticket creation with additional fields.
    I've added new group , i've linked it to "User ticket creation" untill here all was fine.
    However when i insert new field , i do not see it nowhere after despite the " field created successfully " message. I also can't change any existing custom fields or group properties. It says "Updated successfully" but shows same old info inside.
    It is not a refresh issue .

    Any help would be appreciated.
