Custom Ticket ID - kayako v4

    We are migrating our v3 helpdesk to latest version of kayako. We would like to have custom ticket ID(ABC-1000) on the new version of helpdesk. We already changed the 'Ticket ID Type' to Sequential in admin panel and set the auto-increment value to 1000. But we couldn't find the option to add a prefix before the number.

    Can this be done by modifying the code? If so, can you provide the steps to modify it in the kayako v4.
