    After adding this:
    .ticketpostcontentsbargray {
    background:#blue !important;
    to my customcss by looking at httpss://a.b.c/staff/index.php?/Core/Default/Compressor/css it seems that I still have:
    .ticketpostcontentsbargray {
    text-shadow:0 1px 0 #8eba9f;

    Any help would be appreciated

    Which version of Kayako are you using? Also did you rebuild the cache after you made the changes?

    Having same issue in Kayako 4.6 self-hosted. Also rebuilt cache.

    Custom CSS was working fine; reviewed some html in other templates without saving any changes and suddenly custom CSS stopped working.

    Sounds like you need to raise this direct with support via my.kayako.com so they can investigate the issue

    I just started testing the templates.
    I have added the code below to customcc and clicked save.

    /* Add your custom CSS */
    .menusectiondefault, .cptopmenulink{
    background-color: #4B306A;

    Do I have to do anything else in order for my changes to work?

    Seems to have no effect on the staff ticket view page.

    Once again having an issue with extra whitespace above and below lines. Tried adding the following but it has no effect:

    .MsoNormal {
    MARGIN: 0px;

    I added...
    .MsoNormal {
    maring: 0;

    ... to \__swift\themes\staff\css\tickets.css and that resolved the white space issue.
