Hi. When the Kayako Desktop is open and Online, I would like to hear a sound when a visitor visits a specific page on my website where Kayako is installed. Some kind of an alert sound when they visit a specific page. Is that possible? If yes, can you tell me how I can install this? Thanks in advance!
