    Hello team ,

I need to export all the users from my Kayako, so i need a list of users along with their membership in groups, organization, departments and so on.

I managed to get everything i need for staff users from table named "swstaff", but from table "swusers" i can't get the usernames, which i actually need. I can see the userID, but can't relate it to any username in table or something.

Could i get some help on how to get all the usernames from the Database?

That because the email addresses are stored under swuseremails

    Hello ,

    email,fullname,usergroup,organization, phone,notes

You will have to use a MySQL JOIN query to do that.
