How do I set default message box text (in Message Details) in a support ticket depending on the department they selected for the ticket?
Hi David, Yes its possible, See my post here: http://forums.kayako.com/threads/alternate-template-for-user-submitted-tickets.26892/ This post is on about hiding stuff extra, but it shows how to define alternate stuff per department, and in your case, you simply need to not hide it, but make sure to set the "value=" bit to set the default text.
