Default Organization for all Tickets in a given Department

    We have a number of departments that are exclusively used for individual customers.

    These departments are used for us to communicate with our customers suppliers and therefore 3rd parties can create tickets in these departments however these 3rd parties are not exclusive to each customer and we therefore can't just add them to the relevant organization.

    When communicating with our customers we do this through a single department.

    Therefore in order to simplify reports we would like to be able to override the organization set on a per department basis.
    e.g.
    if Department = Customer A
    then Organization = Customer A

    We host our own Kayako instance so we have full access to the base code.

    I have not managed to determine if this is possible or not and would appreciate any help or experience people have with this request.
