departmental status's

    does v4 fix the issue with Status's needing to be assigned to all departments rather than one?

    currently v3.6 status doesnt work if it is assigned to an individual department..

    You can assign statuses to individual departments. in 3.6. What do you mean by "doesn't work"?

    hi,

    raised this with Kayako support and they say they dont have a fix.

    basically i have already posted something preiviously on this with attached jpg's
    however when you assign a status to a single department
    and attempt to assign a call to that status , the status disappears from the drop down options as soon as selected.

    it reappears after refreshing the screen..

    hi hope i'm not to early to bump this one..
    does anyone else get the status issue to work?

    in my post entitled " new added status doesnt work " posted circa 21st jan 2010 i've outlined an issue with the status.

    i'm worried as per Jamie's previous comment that this isnt a bug but in fact something that doesnt appear to work with our setup.(and subsequently wont be fixed in ver 4)

    can any one else comment on this functionality and if it in fact works for you?

    Continued discussion in the other thread. And yes, this has been fixed in V4 too.
