Desktop: Easier access to changing status with single account

    I'm not sure how many of your customers have multiple accounts, I presume most have one. Right-clicking the notification icon to change the status such as from online to BRB requires you to navigate into accounts/account name/status.

    I'd like to see this be quicker and easier. If there is only one account then please put the statuses in the root menu so I don't have to navigate into sub-menus to find and change the status.

    Hey Neal,

    Thanks for all the feedback! It would probably be easier for us to keep track of everything if you put this kind of stuff in JIRA (http://dev.kayako.com/browse/KD).
