The day after I tried out the iPad app, my Kayako at the office start behaving strange. I had a setting that show 100 tickets per page, but now it only shows 20! The settings in admin for my Kayako has not changed, but the outcome have. By the way, I cant use the app. It never stop refreshing, even with the iPad on wifi. When it actually do stop refreshing... If I click on a ticket the first time, all good. If I click the same ticket again, I see the next ticket in line. Each time I tap the same ticket, the counter add the next ticket in line, not the actual ticket I want to display.
Hi Andreas, No - there is no facility for Kayako Mobile to do that on the server-side. It sounds like a coincidence..
