Disabling autoreply for usergroup doesn't work

    Hello Kayako,

    We tried to disable the autoreply functionality for a specific usergroup. We confgured the following setting:

    Admin CP>Users>Manage User Groups>Select the required user group>Permissions>Tickets>Should Send Ticket Autoresponder -> NO

    Now there are still autoreply emails sent to the users of this user group. Do we need to restart someting or do we need to condifure another setting?

    We use version 4.51636
