Displaying both IPv4 >and< IPv6 address from the creator of the ticket (or reply).

    Okay, it's semi-annoying (as you have to unban people from servers) that it shows only the IPv6 address of an user, though not the IPv4 address. E.g. on Plesk it blocks (when entering wrong passwords) the customer's IPv4 address...

    But when they create a ticket, it shows (when they have it obviously) their IPv6 address. So we cannot look it up and have to create a response, etc....

    Is there a workaround so both are displayed at the same time?
