Downlaoding ticket to staff

    I have one problem. We have three teams and tickets departament.

    If I log into staff as one user with no admin permission new tickets are not downloaded (we use POP3). If I log as an administrator tickets are downlaoded to departaments.

    Please can you tell me if this is caused by permission assigned to staff?
