Hello, I have one problem. We have three teams and tickets departament. If I log into staff as one user with no admin permission new tickets are not downloaded (we use POP3). If I log as an administrator tickets are downlaoded to departaments. Please can you tell me if this is caused by permission assigned to staff? Thank you for help. Pavel
I don't think it is related to permissions. You may setup a server cron to fetch emails into help desk. It will access the Mail Parser URL after every few minutes. Details can be found at http://wiki.kayako.com/display/DOCS/Setting up a server cron or scheduled task
