Hello Is there a Kayako functionality that allows staff member to duplicate ticket. The case is, that user order multiple items in one ticket for different departments and I want to make n tickets out of it (clicking a button once or n times).
Ticket splitting has been requested and acknowledged by Kayako as something even they need, I would see this being something that could be extended to include duplication when they deliver it. Hopefully soon
Do you know whether there was any update on this? We want to pass over a ticket after resolution to another department for additional works. Any idea how to do this?
No update on Splitting of Tickets. the JIRA link is http://dev.kayako.com/browse/SWIFT-1379. Unless you need the Ticket to be Marked as Resolved for customer reporting you could just transfer it to the new department witha New SLA attached.
