    Hi,

Is there anyway to see a notes content before it was edited?

Check if the email sizes are not larger then specified in Kayako. If they are larger, Kayako will ignore them.

+1 for content history both for ticket NOTES and ticket POSTS (which some of my colleagues have only recently discovered can be edited! Want to have a way of at least having staff/admin visibility of this as it has a potential to be abused!)

Can you list the count of emails fetched when parser script is executed manually! e.g. Final Total: 10, Accepted: 0, Rejected

If yes, you need to increase the count of email fetched by helpdesk in one go from Admin CP > Email Parser > Settings > Maximum number of emails to download in a batch

    Hi All,

Seems there was an update a few weeks back and since then I am seeing that wherever I use punctuation, particularly in the step titles, they are replaced with a character.

Is there an easy way to fix this? I don't feel like going through ever single slide, but even when I do try to update them, it takes me a few times to change and save before it actually takes effect.

    Very annoying and looks unprofessional.

    Hope you can help ASAP.

    Hi there!

I think, I know whats wrong. We have a known issue with non-english characters, please Start a Conversation from Support.kayako.com and we will share the patched file or get it replaced as the case may be.

FOUND THE FIX! it ended up being a bad email! The email was from ebay and if any Kayako developers would like I have a copy of the email that is breaking things I can forward it over to you guys.
