Editing Tiny MCE editor to allow multiple line breaks

    In the last version of Kayako download, or one right before this one, something changed with Tiny MCE editor and how it use to allow multiple P tags in a KB article.

    Now, if you hit ENTER inside a KB article between text paragraphs, the editor inserts multiple P tags, but when the page is saved and you view it from the client side, only ONE P tag is actually used.

    I found this code on stackoverflow, that I could use to replace the P tags with a DIV, but I have no idea where the Tiny MCE functions.php file is hidden.

    add_filter('tiny_mce_before_init', 'my_switch_tinymce_p_br');
    function my_switch_tinymce_p_br($settings) {
        $settings['forced_root_block'] = div;
        return $settings;
