Email parser rules - unassign option?

    Hi, we are using 4.69 and would like to setup an email post parser rule with several actions, one being to unassign a ticket however it does not appear to be an option, you can assign to someone or leave as is. Anyway we can try and achieve this please? I should mention this is for when a reply is received and merged with original, hence it may already be assigned. There are -- No change -- and -- Unassigned -- from the mass action box, so would be ideal if we could select these for the parser rule.
