Email Queues Restrict by User Group

    Is there anyway to restrict email queues by specific user groups that a user is assigned to?

    What we have is two user groups:

    Authorized
    UnAuthorized

    When a user emails in to queue that doesn't have any restrictions, an account is created and the user assigned to the unauthorized user group.

    Now if they login to the user support interface, they will not see any of the other departments that they would be able to open tickets with that are not part of the unauthorized group. So its working as expected.

    Problem is, they now can email any of the email queues assigned to the other departments, and open tickets in these departments. The only option is to restrict to registered type of user groups. Which the type of Authorized/UnAuthorized is in fact a "registered" type.
