Error -113 when loading <url>

    Does anyone know what the error message:

    Error -113 when loading url <helpdesk_url> means when using the Desktop client? Doesn't load staff status (online/offline), no queues, etc.

    Desktop Event log reports login successful, gives a session ID, SWIFT version. Nothing listed beside Protocol version.

    Apache logs seems to indicate HTTP 200 when hitting refresh in Desktop client:
