Error: Couldn't find user in staff listing

    Hi,
    after enable loginshare script i have 2 problems in kayako desktop:
    1) Event logs show Error: Couldn't find user in staff listing every time when tried to update visitors.
    2) Every time if i try to open, for example, ticket in new tab i see authorisation page and if i login session onprevios page expired

    Hi there,

    Are you trying to setup loginshare for your staff to login to Kayako, or for your end users to login to Kayako.

    it sounds like maybe your trying to do staff only loginshare, but have also enabled the end user loginshare by mistake?

    Made tests... First error is not related against loginsgare, m.b. some configure mistake, but can't find out... (but if cares- now loginshare enable only for stuff)
    But about opening new session in new tab is not clear- is it staff behaviour of KDapp?
