Error when creating or replying to ticket

    We are getting the below error whenever a staff user or regular user creates or replies to tickets. The ticket is still created/edited but the error is a bit disconcerting.
    can someone tell me what this is?

    Are you on a hosted solution?

    Either way I suggest you raise a support Ticket with Kayako via my.kayako.com so that they can investigate and resolve.
