Good day Experts We have esupport 3 installed, and for some reason it is not creating tickets of all the mails being send to the system. When a mail is send it is in the mail inbox for a few seconds and then disappears without creating the actual ticket. But then there are other times where it does create the ticket and then the mail disappears. We have tested from the same mail account. One mail was processed and a ticket was created and the other war just ignored. Please assist if you can.
