    Hi everyone,

We have been incredibly busy with V4 the last few months and we wanted to share with you a sneak peek of our first paid module for V4: Export2Excel.

This module will work similar to Export to Excel for V3 but it will include new features thanks to V4's improved architecture and the feedback sent by our clients. This version will be paid and we are still working on pricing, we will also provide a trial so you can play with it before purchasing.

    Included Features:
    - Export to Excel a single ticket with all the custom fields, notes and billing info* (NEW).
    - Export all tickets from the selected ticket view or branch from the ticket tree.
    - (NEW) Export to Excel the reports created with V4's new reporting engine*.
    - (NEW) No programming or coding expertise required to install, you can start exporting in 2 simple steps.
    - (NEW) Export2Excel will be a completely separate module, this means you don't have to reinstall the module if you upgrade Kayako. We expect this will save you time and worries.

    Upcoming:
    - (NEW) Export2Excel for hosted version.
    - (NEW) Installation and user's guide video.

The Export2Excel module will be available next week to a limited audience for beta testing.
If you are interested in participating please send us an email to info[at]dewak.com with the subject "Export2Excel beta" and we will get back to you next week with instructions.
We expect participants to send us their feedback so they can receive a free Export2Excel license once the beta stage is over.

    And now some screen shots!:

With V4's improved architecture you only need to upload and click install to start exporting your tickets:

A new tab called Export to Excel allow you to export a single ticket:

Do you still have the trial version? I was using the free version before we migrated to V4. I need to test if it can capture all the custom fields we have on V4.

Quick update: we are working on the update for Kayako's latest release 4.01.240

This new Kayako version allows you to add custom fields to the ticket list so now you can export these custom fields to Excel. This means you will be able to Export2Excel the ticket list with your custom fields and based on that create your own custom reports in Excel in a minute.

Please stay tuned for an update.

Hi Maarten, what calendar button are you referring to?

We use Zend Server, so using Ioncube to load the files is not desirable for us.
Will there also be a Zend encoded version?
