    Hi all,

    First of all, apologies if posting on the wrong place, newbie here.

    Using Kayako Fusion Version 4.56.0.3459

    We are facing the following issue when using the search bar, regardless the input text.

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 85 bytes) in /home/stmite5/public_html/support/__swift/library/class.SWIFT_Base.php on line 16

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'SWIFT_Exception' with message 'SWIFT_Log: Class not loaded' in /home/stmite5/public_html/support/__swift/library/Log/class.SWIFT_Log.php:721 Stack trace: #0 /home/stmite5/public_html/support/__swift/library/Log/class.SWIFT_Log.php(77): SWIFT_Log->TriggerAlerts() #1 [internal function]: SWIFT_Log->__destruct() #2 {main} thrown in /home/stmite5/public_html/support/__swift/library/Log/class.SWIFT_Log.php on line 721

    Strange thing is that only users belonging to a specific "User Organization" are facing this error; users on a different Organization have no problem using the search bar.

    With "search bar" I mean the one on top, the one from header Template.

    <form method="post" id="searchform" action="<{$_baseName}><{$_templateGroupPrefix}>/Base/Search/Index" name="SearchForm">
    <div class="searchboxcontainer">
    <div class="searchbox">
    <span class="searchbuttoncontainer">
    <a class="searchbutton" href="javascript: void(0);" onclick="$('#searchform').submit();"><span></span><{$_language[searchbutton]}></a>
    </span>
    <span class="searchinputcontainer"><input type="text" name="searchquery" class="searchquery" onclick="javascript: if ($(this).val() == '<{$_language[pleasetypeyourquestion]}>' || $(this).val() == '<{$_language[pleasetypeyourquery]}>') { $(this).val('').addClass('searchqueryactive'); }" value="<{if $_baseIndex == true}><{$_language[pleasetypeyourquestion]}><{else}><{$_language[pleasetypeyourquery]}><{/if}>" /></span>
    </div>
    </div>
    </form>

    Rebuilding search index didn't help, error persists.

    Again, apologies if I posted on the wrong place.

    Thanks in advance for any help that you could provide.

    Best regards
    Javier

    Hi all,

    I managed to make this search to work by deleting several tickets associated to that Organization.
    They had 1956 tickets (most of them closed/resolved), and after deleting 86 this search worked again.

    Any suggestion to avoid this situation in the future? We would like to maintain all tickets, they contain valuable information.
    We suspect it might reappear this situation eventually, when the number of tickets grow.

    Thanks in advance
    Best regards

    Javier
