Feature Request: "I replied quoting you"

    Every support agent on the tickets system hates those massive customer emails covering 101 issues and questions.

    I would LOVE to see a feature whereby text can be highlighted and broken down into separate tickets or subtickets. This way one issue can be dealt with at a time and/or split off to other members of the team.

    Issues and questions won't get missed and the customer can get progress on each point at a time rather than waiting for one massive response... of course to which they reply to "in blue below" which the helpdesk doesn't render.
