Hi Folks, I've had a little feedback from one of users who absolutely loves Kayako and the new reporting feature. They have suggested that making the mask IDs/tickets clickable with in reports might be a nice touch. This might be more of a personal like but I thought I would feed it back as the Kayako Team seam receptive to feedback. Regards and thanks for a great evolving product!
I agree geberal drill down functionality, weather that be to a specific ticket detail or all tickets that make up a total average etc.
