Forward replies in Tickets in 4.93

    We cannot forward tickets from our helpdesk without our customers receiving HTML garbage.

    Turning TinyMCE off is not really an option. Our replies need quotes so are filled with > or &gt. We also receive cut and paste images and send them too.

    Any ideas? We are cloud hosted.

    I need to add that our licence is due for renewal. Any other helpdesks out there with rich text editor support (both in and out)

    You're using a current license, which means Kayako support is supposed to help, doesn't it?

    The 'throttle upgrade' to 4.93 has caused this. A patch is in Q&A apparently, about a fortnight. Why not test 4.93 in Q&A first?!?

    We forward 70% of our tickets. As 70% contain 'not plain text' turning TinyMCE off is not an option. Rock and hard place rings a bell.

    Seriously looking on the net for a wysiwyg helpdesk alternative.

    We have another huge but manageable issue.... around 20 emails coming through our PIPE queue aren't being received in Kayako resulting in an NDR. We didn't realise it was happening as Kayako has been so reliable with no reason to go into the feeding email account. People didnt get paid last month!
