Hey Factor, Well, pretty much anything ranging from leaderboards, point/status systems (badges) to various rewards and bonuses, to keep the staff motivated and encouraged to work more productively. Have you seen the gamification functionality realised in InvGate? Something like that
Zack - I think if you put together something like what UserVoice has you'd have a great product. I've been reading their blog and came across their post about this today. Now that I understand this concept a little more, I want to change my original "No" vote to a "Yes".

It would be interesting to see my office competing to complete tickets. Just looked at UserVoice and I think my office could really benefit from something like that. I'd throw in experience and level ups as part of the package. I don't think the mice are getting the right kind of cheese (if any at all) in many workplaces. Gamification is a morale booster!
I'm well aware about Freshdesk's Arcade or Invigate's gamified help desk, that's why I set up this survey to find out how many people would like to see Kayako gamified to a reasonable extent. Turns out gamification is still trending, so we might be designing a gamification module soon for Kayako unless they include it in their next release
@Web-Vision, I didn't mean any kind of integration per se. I was talking about a cutsom-made module to inject a number of gamification features into Kayako.
