Generating Tickets Created vs Resolved Chart

    Currently, we can generate tickets created and tickets resolved charts separately with the reports below. Is there a way to combine the two so that the number of tickets created and resolved show up in one chart?

    SELECT COUNT(*) AS Total FROM 'Tickets' WHERE 'Tickets.Creation Date':year='2017' GROUP BY X('Tickets.Resolved Date':Month), Y('Users.User Organization')

    SELECT COUNT(*) AS Total FROM 'Tickets' WHERE 'Tickets.Is Resolved' = '1' AND 'Tickets.Resolved Date':year='2017' GROUP BY X('Tickets.Resolved Date':Month), Y('Users.User Organization')

    Should be GROUP BY X('Tickets.Creation Date':Month) for tickets created, which brings up another question.

    Tried the report below to combine tickets created and tickets resolved into one report.

    SELECT SUM(IF('Tickets.Creation Date':year='2017',1,0)) as 'Created', SUM(IF(('Tickets.Resolved Date':year='2017') AND ('Tickets.Is Resolved'='1') AND ('Tickets.Creation Date':year<='2017'),1,0)) as 'Resolved' FROM 'Tickets' GROUP BY 'Tickets.Resolved Date':month

    But now we are unsure on how to GROUP BY. When we GROUP BY 'Tickets.Creation Date', numbers appear correctly for # of tickets created but not for # of tickets resolved. If we GROUP BY 'Tickets.Resolved Date', the opposite occurs.
