Help with Crystal

    I am using Crystal Reports 11 to connect to Kayako using a ODBC connection. I am able to connect to the Database, and I can pull the Tickets table. When I try to connect to tickettimetracknotes to get details on time notes, Crystal crashes. I could use help in understanding what is causing this crash.
