Yes it does. However since for hosted solutions Kayako does not provide FTP access to the server, you will have to save the skin files at a remote location.

This is something that needs to be sorted for V4 really. Maybe have the ability to upload a ZIP and it unzips but puts only gif / png / jpg images in the folder on the server. It could all be done from within the control panel.
