How do I add CCs to threads in the new Kayako?

    I cannot figure out in the new Kayako GUI where to add CCs. It looks like I can only add CCs for individual messages and not add them to the ticket. How do I do this? A customer also wanted to be able to create a ticket with CCs and found that they were unable to do so, where are the instructions for customers to do this?
