How do I disable message details?

    Greetings - I have figured out how to remove the message details section, but even when it's visibly present I can not submit a ticket because I am told a required field is not complete. How do I disable the message details box so that entering information there is not required?

    On which section do you need it to be fixed? Users or StaffCP?
