How to prevent users from being reply to someone else's ticket?

    We have 2 clients.

    Client A and Client B.

    When Client A creates a ticket it, which is assigned as #5 and then Client B creates a ticket which is #6.

    They are not CC'd each other nor relations. But, fact is, when Client B sends an email and change email subject as RE: #5 (his actually 6.), He can reply to client A's ticket.

    Basically, everyone can reply everyone's ticket.


    How do I prevent this? Each ticket is belongs to assigned email addresses so it shoukd reject unassigned email addresses.

    I have already selected Show third-party ticket replies to No.

    Ok. This is an expected behavior.

    No issues.
