Hello there..wondering if anyone could assist me. One of our mail servers was taken offline. That server was presviously set as the imap server on kayako. After this change, the helpdesk can't fetch mail from exchange. whenever i click on verify connection for the email queue, i get the error: [Closed] imap connection broken (server response). They exchange guys keep telling me that there is no issue on the mail server side and that i should check kayako however, i can't find anywhere else where i should input settings to refer to the new mail server with it's imap settings. Would appreciate any pointers to get this working again.
