I am attempting to fix our helpdesk e-mail parsing as it stopped working several months ago. I have verified that I have the correct IMAP settings and have tested them through the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer where they worked as expected. However, when I attempt to verify connection I get a connection failed: Connection timed out message. I also noticed that when I went to send an e-mail via the report issue under Diagnostics in the Admin portal, the e-mail fails to send. I have been attempting to dig through everything I can find but am not getting anywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?
