    Hi folks!

What kind of encryption is used on user passwords in the internal user database? sha256?

    thanks,

Perhaps I wasn't specific enough. I'm using on-premises Kayako 4.72.0 and I'm wondering about the encryption used in the swusers table in the userpassword field.

    Thank you,
