    The existing mobile app does not work with iOS 13 since it has been out. Any update on if Kayako plans to update it to support the new iOS?

    Please open source it if you don't intend to fix it. We too can't use it on iOS 13 as reported.

    Hello all,

    Greetings for the day!

    This is to notify that new version of the Kayako Classic iOS app has rolled out. The new build is available on the Apple store. We have fixed the following issues:

    a) App Crashing issue after iOS 13 or later Upgrade fixed
    b) Optimized Search Filtering
    c) Optimized UI supporting backward compatibility

    Could you please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hello @Gurpreet Singh - thank you for the update. As I reported immediately after installing it if iOS 13 is in dark mode the appearance of the app is unusable. The app only works if you put iOS 13 in light mode.

    HTML emails show all of the HTML in the emails in a ticket. Makes tickets hard to read when the HTML is not stripped.
