    after updating the helpdesk from 4.7 to 4.92 we can not edit tickets in the iphoneapp anymore.

    if you answer a ticket or the status changes, the message "can not decode raw data" is displayed

    within the app you can send the error report but there is no reaction.

    is there support for the iphoneapp for Kayako Classic?

    update to 4.93 solved the issue with iphoneapp.
