Is there any way to include closed tickets in a view?

    This was straightforward enough in the old Kayako but it seems that views now filter out closed tickets entirely. Am I missing something? I know reports can show closed tickets but that's much less convenient for perusing and drilling down on tickets of interest. Some mechanism for doing this would be greatly appreciated.

    I don't think that you are missing anything. Everything seems smooth to me.

    Inbox->Manage Views->New View
    Title: Closed Conversations
    Sharing: Every agent
    Include conversations that match the following in this view:
    Conversations: Status , Equal to, Completed
    [take defaults, or whatever you want]
    Sort Order: Latest Update, Descending

    What the OP is referring to are Closed tickets not Completed. Closed tickets cannot be part of views but are still searchable in the universal search. You can also run reports that will provide details on closed tickets. I read this somewhere on Kayako's website though I'm having trouble locating the article.
